This customer was getting a musty smell in there house and said there floors were always cold in the winter. There floor in there living room was also bouncy. We installed crawlspace wall insulation, a moisture barrier on the wall and floor. We also installed new support posts and footing pads to strengthen up and stabilize the floor. This customer now has a living room floor that is no longer bouncy, no more musty odors and a more energy efficient home due the crawlspace encapsulation, floor support and insulation we installed in their crawlspace.

This customer was experiencing water coming through there foundation wall and leading to drywall and flooring getting wet every time it rained. We excavated around the exterior of the foundation wall, cleaned and prepared the wall and then installed a rubber waterproofing membrane on the foundation wall. We then backfilled and compacted the soil.

This customer was getting water in their basement that was coming up from the basement floor and the basement walls. We installed 82feet of interior drainage, 82 feet of wall moisture barrier and a sump pump with a battery backup. This waterproofing system catches water from under the floor, and water coming through the walls so the customer is guaranteed to never get water in there basement again.

This customer is finishing there basement and is in need of an egress window to make a conforming bedroom and safe means of egress for there children. We can precisely cut a window opening to meet egress code and installed a window well with cover.

This structure was starting to settle due to poorly compacted soil under the foundation. Cracks were appearing in the drywall on the interior and the floors were becoming unlevel. We installed 18 helical piers to a depth of 28ft. Foundation underpinning brackets were then installed to permanently support and stabilize the foundation.

This basement wall was originally poured without any structural steel rebar. It was cracked and bowed to the point that it was beyond repair utilizing traditional wall anchors or i beams. K wall was the only fix for this wall. K wall is a combination of heavy structural steel beams, steel ribbed panels and structural foam. We typically will use wall anchors or i beams to support a bowing basement wall but this situation required a system that would provide structural support to every square inch of the wall due the lack of structural reinforcement inside the wall and the severity of the damage to the wall.
